HOW IT WORKS

Picture a process where every step is expertly guided, from the initial assessment and preparation of your property to the strategic pricing and powerful marketing techniques.

  • The first step is arranging a call with me to discuss your timeline, goals, expectations, and any concerns etc. You’ll also get to know me a bit more to see if I’m the right Realtor for you!

  • I will then evaluate your home’s condition and identify areas that may need improvement. Here is when we’ll talk about pricing, staging, and other marketing strategies.

  • Once your home hits the market, we’ll begin schedule showings and open houses to allow potential buyers to tour your home.

  • As offers come in, we will review and negotiate offers together. We will consider factors such as price, closing date, and any contingencies. Once a suitable offer is reached, you will formally accept and sign the purchase agreement.

  • We will then work with the buyer’s agent and attorney to complete the necessary paperwork and legal requirements. And we’ll coordinate all remaining closing details.
