We’ll start with a 15 minute phone call to understand your requirements, preferences, and any specific criteria for potential tenants. We will also chat about your property's features, location, and the desired rental price.

Once all listing agreement documentation is signed, we will coordinate a time to meet at the property. This is where I will set up a lockbox + take photos and videos of your property.

I’ll put the property on MLS as well as other social media channels. Other agents will begin booking showings for interested tenants. I will also gather feedback from potential tenants to make adjustments to the marketing strategy if necessary.

As offers come in., together we will review rental applications from potential tenants. I implement a thorough screening process that includes evaluating financial stability, rental history, employment status, and conducting background and credit checks.

Once you accept an offer I will assist in drafting the lease agreement, ensuring that all terms, conditions, and legal requirements are clearly outlined. And I will coordinate the signing of the lease agreement by all parties.

The final steps will be to coordinate the move-in process, including the collection of the first and last month's rent. And on the day the tenant receives the keys, we will conduct a move-in inspection to document the property's condition and address any concerns with the tenant.
